Verizon’s anti-iPhone Droid Campaign!

by Rohit on October 19, 2009

Verizon has shifted gears in it’s campaign against the iPhone. The new commercial takes the mick out of Apple’s cheesy music and the font that usually appears in iPhone ads. It highlights a series of iPhone’s flaws and then bursts into a teaser displaying a robot world with the punchline “Droid Does”. Droid here meaning the new Motorola Droid.

There is also a dedicated portal setup for the campaign which reveals more details . The phone is likely to get the new Android 2.0 OS which we covered earlier and will flaunt a 5 megapixel camera.
