Weather Widget named IBNweather comes to the iPhone!

by Rohit on October 23, 2009

How about firing up your iPhone springboard to see weather condition just the way you see it when you use the Weather app? Sounds good right?

Thanks to a simple tweak available on Zodttd repository in Cydia you can get this feature right on your springboard in no time. All you need to do is install IBNweather followed by iBlank.

IBNweather is the actual weather widget. iBlank is to create blank spaces so that the widget shows up without overlapping other icons on your springboard.

Here’s the tutorial on how to install IBNweather developed by ibnyaffa from MacCity:

1) Tap on search button at the bottom of cydia, look for IBNweather and install it. Then search for iBlank and install it too.

2) Open iBlank and create 2 fake icons so that your springboard looks similar to this image.

3) Now tap on Winterboard and activate IBNWeather.

4) Congrats you just installed Weather Widget on your iPhone :)
