Sound Man Car Audio in Santa Clarita, CA has successfully made the world’s first iPad installation in the dashboard of a car. The car selected was Toyota Tacoma.
The iPad is held firmly by a custom unit which is connected to a signal processor and McIntosh amplifier. The installation seems to have generated great interest among car-enthusiasts and going by the excitement, iPad is surely going to make its way into the dashboard of tons of cars.
