Did you just install an application from Cydia and to your horror found that the iPhone got stuck on Apple Logo after reboot? If yes, then this tutorial will definitely come in handy!
The reason why the problem occurs is that sometimes after installing an app from Cydia, iTunes recognizes that SOME iPhone is connected to it. However, it doesn’t get the fact that it’s YOUR iPhone. So, it gets stuck trying to solve the simple puzzle of which iPhone is connected.
This tutorial will help you get rid of this annoying problem
1) Download iPhoneBrowser. (On running the software, if you get the message that ‘no iPhone is found’ then just unplug your iPhone from the PC and then plug it back. iPhoneBrowser will then recognize your iPhone.
2) Now navigate to /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.SpringBoard.plist and copy com.apple.Springboard.plist to your computer.
3) Download EditPadLite (free text editor) for Windows then rename com.apple.Springboard.plist to com.apple.Springboard.plist.txt
4) Now open com.apple.Springboard.plist.txt with EditPadLite and remove the unwanted code in the DYLD_INSERT_LIBRARIES.

(Notice how everything between string tag has been deleted in this example). Once you are done with this, your iPhone should boot normally :)
