Hi Prime! If you have cydia installed on your phone then without a doubt u will hv mobile substrate.. Did you try using the search button at the bottom right corner inside cydia..

1) Enter Cydia 2) Tap on SEARCH 3)Type mobile substrate in the search box and you should be good to go!

Not to side track the topic, I had installed skype on my iphone, but the iphone app is not letting me to join the public groups. Is there a way to get around it?
