Once you are done jailbreaking, headover to this post on AppCake to install cracked apps on your iPhone 5, iPhone 4S or iPhone 4.

Just to let everybody know
Appsync 5+ works with iOS6 as well. So you don’t need appsync 6. I just used it on my iPhone running iOS 6 and it works perfectly.
1) I first followed the steps mentioned in the post on Appcake above.
2) After adding the repo, installed appsync 5+
3) Then Installed Appcake
Super Clean Jailbreak. Had to refresh package on Cydia, but installed easily and flawlessly. No issues at all after jailbreak.
