when i get to typing in irecovery -s it says got usb. no iphone/ipod found… i know it is connected because itunes recognizes it. i have my life on my phone and i rather not restore it please help!

Hi,

I have iphone 3G FW 3.1.2 and same issue like you all. Always stuck at apple logo. It has been over for a month. I had tried everything, restore, upgrade/downgrade OS but still not work.

Then I found the solution on the net.
- Connect iphone to itunes and jump to recovery mode
- download iphonerecoveryfix in here http://blog.zaneer.com/?p=13
- Run the program and just follow the instruction
- Now your iphone will restart normally without stuck!!!

Note : This software will only work if your iphone OS is NOT corrupted.

I have a iPhone 3G with 4.3.5 firmware. The iRecovery method won’t work, once i type the last command “reboot” it shuts off and reboots but is still stuck. I tried “fsboot” and redoing the whole process over 3 times. I used redSn0w to jailbreak.
HELP!!!!

iRecovery opens for a split second but that is all. I tried disabling my anti-virus and installing it again but same thing happens. I am using Windows Vista. Help!

iRecovery link for mac is broken.

I try this on windows but the console not detect the iRecovery file!
I installed the libusb-win32-filter-bin-0.1.12.1 file.
