Thanks it only confirms what I originally thought.
Also a heads up the keyboard skins don’t work anymore with the latest 3.1.2 firmware. I have been trying to fix this as well with still no such luck.

BTW: nice find with the voice recognition.
Another one added to my phone ;)

Hi John

I tried out the tutorial on MAC and it didn’t work. Infact my cydia crashed and I had to re-jailbreak. I guess it has something to do with 3.1.2 firmware. Perhaps an update is needed. If I find an alternative method I will let you know. Cheers :)

Thanks for the link. I actually found that tut as well but it’s not for a windows based user. I’ve tried a few methods however to no avail. Even the old Finder application isn’t working. By placing the files in the proper folders and forcing them to recognize isn’t working. There must be a new method or missing something for the 3.1.2 version phones. Thanks for the help and time it took to look it up though. It’s still appreciated.
