Remember MobileInstallation patch? The thought of installing cr@*k*d apps should ring a bell! It can now be patched on firmware 3.1 using AppSync for OS 3.1.
Here’s the tutorial:
1) Tap on Cydia.
2) Choose Manage tab on the bottom of the screen.
3) Select Sources.
4) On the top-right corner you will find edit button, select that and then tap add button. You will be asked to enter a url. Enter http://cydia.hackulo.us and tap on add sources.
5) Cydia then updates your sources.
6) Once this is done. Tap on search at the bottom of cydia and in the search box look for AppSync for OS 3.1.
7) Install AppSync for OS 3.1 and MobileInstallation file will get automatically patched.
8 ) Congrats you can now install cr@6k9d apps on your iPhone. Search Appulous in Google, if you wanna know more.

i am getting error “did not find repositery” when i am trying to add source ….. can any one guide me….
@Waqas Sometimes the repo isn’t available due to server load. Just try again after sometime. It should work.
