Are u sick and tired of remembering different jailbreak tools for different devices? Did you ever wish that there was a single jailbreak solution for all the Apple hand-held devices starting with the letter ‘i’?
Those who answered yes will be pleased to know that George Francis Hotz, famously known as Geohot, is working hard to bring out an all-in-one jailbreak tool. If he is successful, his jailbreak solution will work for every iPhone and iPod device under the sun:
- iPod Touch 1st,2nd and 3rd generation
- iPhone 2G,3G and 3GS
Apparently he has already managed to find a new exploit that will unlock iPhone 3GS running 3.1 firmware out of the box. This is good news not alone for 3GS owners but also 2G/3G users as it implies that a jailbreak solution for baseband 05.11.07 is on the cards.
