Yes folks! Blacksn0w will be out in a few hours from now. It was earlier expected to come out tomorrow, i.e., 4th November.
GeoHot says the release date was advanced as the test is going on very well. This is what he tweeted:
to clarify, the sn0wday was moved up a day, due to testing going great…not 11/4/09, now 11/3/09
Here’s a quick reminder of what Blacksn0w has to offer:
- It is the unlock for the latest 05.11.07 base band
- It will enable official tethering
- Blackra1n will be updated to RC3
- It will support hacktivation
- 15 second speed improvement
- Tiger with PPC support
