Do you remember the good old days when we used SwirlyMMS to shoot MMS messages from the First Generation iPhone? Apparently, the folks at Swirly are planning to work their magic with the iPad 3G too.
Here’s what they had to say:
Using a modified version of SwirlyMMS for the iPhone, this video shows that it is possible to natively receive and send MMS from and to an iPad!
So, just to be clear, this MMS is sent *natively* via carrier networks and NOT via our free and otherwise great service SwirlyNet.
We are currently working on a new GUI for the iPad but as this movies demonstrates all technical pieces are in place that allows SwirlyMMS to send and receive MMS and SMS using the iPad!
